PURPOSE:To improve safety of traveling at night by installing a secondary battery charged by a generator which generates electric power by the revolution of a wheel and lighting-up a headlight by the electric power supplied from the secondary battery on low-speed traveling or stop in a moment. CONSTITUTION:In the daytime, a solar battery 8 installed at a proper position on a bicycle generates electricity by receiving solar irradiation, and a secondary battery 10 is charged with the electric power. While, during the traveling at night, a power generator 5 is driven by the revolution of a wheel, and the electromotive force is rectified by an all-wave rectifier 12 and outputted, and turns-ON a switch means T3. Then, a condenser C is charged in a moment, and switch means T2 and T1 are turned-ON in succession, and a tail lamp 3 and head lamp 2 are turned-ON, and the secondary battery 10 is charged. If the bicycle stops in a moment, the switch means T3 is turned-OFF, but other switch means T2 and T1 are turned ON for a prescribed time according to the charge of the condenser C, and the tail lamp 3 and the head lamp 2 are operated for a prescribed time by the secondary battery 10. |
