摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically detected the east and west directions of a lens barrel, by making a switch opened or closed for the ON or OFF control of a switching operation signal with the declination of 90 deg. or -90 deg. in the rotary displacement of the declination shaft as boundary. CONSTITUTION:When a lens barrel 6 is turned in the east direction, a switch bar 4 comes off a projection piece 3 to turn a microswitch 5 ON. When the lens barrel 6 is turned in the west direction, the bar 4 is forced into the projection piece 3 to turn the switch 5 OFF. Depending on the direction of the lens cylinder 6, contact signals as two ON and OFF switching operation signals are obtained. Therefore, a microcomputer connected through a proper means can judge and switch the direction of the lens barrel 6 depending on the contact signals and hence, it rotates a motor switching in the right direction in response to a command for the declination of 50 deg. by judging in what direction the motor should be changed to rotate. Square wave trains CW and CCW to be inputted are counted to determine whether addition or subtraction should be done and thus, the declination value can be displayed accurately.
