The invention relates to a valve upper part with ceramic discs for fittings, in particular cock batteries, the upper part having a housing and seals and ceramic discs moved therein by means of a spindle. The essence of the invention consists in that the housing (1) is open at the top and that the sleeve (3) which guides the spindle (5) is arranged in a manner which allows it to be moved along the axis (13) of the housing (1), that a thread (15) is formed on the inside of the housing (1), at the top, and that inserted between the sleeve (3) and the housing (1) is a forcing nut (7) which, on the one hand, is supported by its inner surface on a shoulder (4) formed on the sleeve (3) and, on the other hand, is in engagement by means of its outer surface with a thread formed on the housing (1). <IMAGE> |
