PURPOSE:To make a coil assembly unit thinner economically without the need of bonding agent, by forming a stator coil assembly unit laminating the specified pieces without jointing the sheet coils together face to face. CONSTITUTION:When a stator coil assembly unit 10 is formed by laminating the specified pieces of sheet coils 9, each sheet coil 9 is arranged to be laminated without being jointed face to face. So far as the insulation between the sheet coils 9 is concerned, insulation coating should be provided for the sheet coil surface, otherwise, insulation sheets should be provided between the sheet coils on lamination. The stator coil assembly unit 10 is fixed by an organic insulating substance plate 11 and a stator yoke 1 with the unit 10 put between the plate 11 and the yoke 1, or, the unit 10 may be fixed by coating some bonding agent on the side face of the unit 10. |
