PURPOSE:To prevent a lamp from remaining lighted ON and to reduce an amount of a power uselessly consumed, by a method wherein a lamp is automatically lighted ON when a door is opened and is automatically lighted OFF when closed irrespective of the position of a manual control switch. CONSTITUTION:Through control of a manual switch 3, when a room lamp 17 is lighted ON, a lamp is inverted to lighting OFF state, and when lighted OFF, it is inverted to a lighted ON state. When a door is opened in a condition in that the room lamp 17 is lighted ON or OFF, a theoretical circuit 30 is actuated in linkage with a door switch 8 irrespective of the position of the control switch 3 to automatically light ON the room lamp 17. When the door is closed, the theoretical circuit 30 is actuated, in a similar manner described, in linkage with the door switch 8 to automatically light OFF the room lamp 17. In case the room lamp 17 is lighted ON or OFF in a condition to open the door, when the door is closed, the room lamp 17 is lighted on in a similar manner described above. This prevents the room lamp 17 from being left lighted ON by means of a signal from the door switch 8. |
