PURPOSE:To uniformly sprinkle a gapping material on a substrate, by providing a sprinkling body in front of a gapping material blowing-out port. CONSTITUTION:A gapping material 2 is put in a nozzle 1 and the gapping material is blown out by means of compressed air, nitrogen gas, etc., and thrown onto a sprinkling body 3 provided in front of the nozzle 1. By throwing the gapping material 2 onto the sprinkling body 3, the gapping material 2 is sprinkled and uniformly put on a substrate 4. |
