PURPOSE:To attain to simplify manufacturing work, by coating the surface of a wooden material with a solid epoxy resin and a liquid epoxy resin and subsequently applying heat treatment to the coated one. CONSTITUTION:A liquid epoxy resin layer 2 is applied to the surface of a wooden material 1 in a basis wt. of about 20-200g/m<2>. Next, a powdery epoxy resin is scattered to the liquid epoxy resin layer 4 in a basis wt. of about 100-300g/m<2> to form a powdery epoxy resin layer 3 Subsequently, the wooden material 1, which was provided with the liquid epoxy resin layer 2 and the powdery epoxy resin layer 3, is held between two release films 4, 4 and subjected to hot pressing treatment by hot presses 5, 5 and said release films 4, 4 are released to obtain a resin treated wooden material 6.
