PURPOSE:To make mutual sufficient thermal contact and to use only one side thermal anchor of a cooling pipe by providing a spring ring or by using mutually different materials of thermal contraction at the mutual joint of each metal middle support cylinder in a cylinder group. CONSTITUTION:Each metal middle support cylinders 6A, 6B of upper and lower cylinder groups 4A, 4B have a C-shape section groove 16 which internally opens from mutually opposite end inserted parts 10a, 10b to flanges 9a, 9b. A U-shape section spring ring 17 is closely inserted in the groove 16 and the upper and the lower middle support cylinders 6A, 6B are made sufficient thermal contact. The thermal anchor of the middle support cylinders 6A, 6B is made by providing a cooling pipe 15A connecting a thermal shield plate 14A only to the upper flange 8a of the upper middle support cylinder 6A and no cooling pipe is provided for the lower end flange 8b to which only a thermal shield plate 14B is fixed of the lower middle support cylinder 6B. |
