PURPOSE:To manually operate a bucket while an operator is gripping a handle by connecting a handle post for the operator pivoted on a frame so as to freely oscillate and an oscillating arm that pivots the bucket with a link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A handle post 41 for an operator is pivoted on a frame 1 so as to freely oscillate. In addition, an oscillating arm 34 that pivots a bucket 45 is borne on the front axle 18 of a plate 8 that is fixed to the front section 2 of the frame 1. And both the handle post 41 and oscillating arm 34 are connected mutually by link mechanisms 44, 46, and 47. On the other hand, an engine 11 is mounted immediately on a rear axle 14. The elevation operation of a bucket 35 locks the posture state of the bucket 35 for the link 44 using a locking device 54. When the operator forward and backward oscillates and operates the handle post 41 while the operator is gripping the handle, the link 46 is toggled and oscillated forward and backward and the bucket 35 is elevated forward and backward and upward and downward.
