<p>PURPOSE:To recover heat efficiently from the recovery block of a distillation tower by feeding a high boiling point component fluid in such a way that it is turned along the inner wall surface and feeding a low boiling point component separately from a high boiling point component to avoid their confluence. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 1 for feeding a high boiling point fluid at high temperature is installed on a surrounding wall of flashing zone 10a from its tangential direction, and an opening 1a in the tip of the nozzle is provided on the wall surface 10b in the tower. An L-shape guide is mounted along the wall surface 10b in the distillation tower from the opening 1a. A liquid phase feedstock guided runs down to the tower recovery block as a turning stream 4. The gas proceeds to refining trays located above as a vapor current 6. A nozzle 2 for feeding vapor is installed at any position from any direction and is provided at such a location that allows confluence with a liquid-phase stream 4.</p> |
