PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent durability and suitable for use as an electromagnetic wave-shielding material, by blending a metal salt of an ionic hydrocarbon polymer and a metallic fiber with a PP resin. CONSTITUTION:At least 0.1pt.wt. metal salt (A) of an ionic hydrocarbon polymer composed of a salt of a copolymer which is obtd. from a 2C or higher olefin (e.g. ethylene) and an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivative (e.g. maleic acid) and in which at least part of carboxyl groups are neutralized by Zn or Na ion, and 5-200pts.wt. metallic fiber (B) such as steel or brass fiber are blended with 100pts.wt. PP resin (C).
