PURPOSE:To perform intermittent transfer of particles accurately and to improve the transfer efficiency by combining transfer tables for performing intermittent up/down motion and horizontal motion against plural machining tables while adsorbing the particles through sucking via suction holes. CONSTITUTION:Upon supply of a sheet of particle (a) to the receiving section 1x of transfer table 5 at the downward movement position, suction holes 4 on the transfer table 5 will communicate with the suction source to adsorb a particle (a) to function the cylinder mechanisms 13a, 13a at the opposite sides thus to project the piston rods 14a, 14a and to push up the transfer table 5 together with the guide member 7 to the uppermost position to position the upper face of transfer table 5 higher than the upper face level of baseboard 3 at the machining section. Then a cylinder mechanism 11 will function to advance the piston rod 12 thus to move the transfer table 5 by the arranging pitch of the machining section thus to position the article (a) immediately above the baseboard 3 at the first machining section 1a. Thereafter, the particle (a) is transferred onto the second machining table 1b through said cyclic operation.
