PURPOSE:To reduce the number of adjusting steps, and to make it possible to keep at all times the control constant suitable, by inputting the detected temperature from a temperature detector, and permitting control constant such as the interval of calculation, proportional gain, integral time, and differential time to be calculated in the unit thereby automatically determining the control constants. CONSTITUTION:A control apparatus 20 includes a temperature setting section 22, a comparing section 23l for comparing a signal of the temperature detecting section 21 and a signal of the temperature setting section 22, a valve opening/closing commanding section 24 for calculating and amplifying the signal of the comparing section 23, and a start/stop commanding section 25 for commanding the start or stop of a blower 2. A check timing generating section 26 generates check timing pulse at a certain time about once every day. When a check timing pulse is inputted, the valve opening/closing command section 24 gives a full closing signal to a valve driving apparatus 17 and then a full opening signal thereof. The valve opening/closing command section 24 of the control apparatus 20 calculates control constants such as the interval of calculation, proportional gain, integral time and differential time for the successive next detection timing, based on the increase speed of the detected temperature.
