PURPOSE:To attain safe driving by providing a sensor detecting the stop of a vehicle mounted with a mobile station, storing a received data during drive into a buffer once and printing the data in the buffer when the vehicle is stopped. CONSTITUTION:The vehicle stop detection sensor is provided to the mobile station 10 and an output to a printer 15 is inhibited when the vehicle 11 is driven. The sensor 16 detects the stop of vehicle from the missing of shaft drive pulse, for example and outputs an enable signal operating a printer 15 only at the detection of vehicle stop. A signal processor 14 has a buffer storing tentatively the received data and when the sensor 16 outputs the enable signal, a data is outputted to the printer 15. Since the print is extended during the driving of the vehicle, the safety on the vehicle drive is not lost.
