A foldable stroller (1, 100) has a pair of fold locking devices (70, 112) for locking the stroller to the use configuration and remote one-hand-fold (OHF) actuator (93, 200) for actuating the locking devices. The OHF actuator can have first and second movable members (94R; 220, 94L; 240) mounted to the stroller, such as to an upper tray (90) connected between a handle bar (104) or the push arm portion (24) of the stroller, and operatively connected to both locking devices. The OHF actuator can further include a lock (99, 250) for preventing one or both movable members from moving to their unlock position. The first and second movable members are independently movable. The lock and the first and second movable members are operable with one hand. The stroller further can include a retractable canopy frame (80), which can be accomplished by mounting the canopy frame (80) to a seat support frame (52) extending rearwardly beyond the pivoting connection (P8) to the stroller rear legs (40). The stroller also can have an infant carrier securing mechanism (4) that allows an infant carrier (6) to be attached to the stroller and provide at least two tilt positions.
