One of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Na, etc. at least should be selected as metals contained in carriers. After carriers regulated for the grain size most suitable for fluidization, for example, 200mu, are preburnt at 650-950 deg.C, they are dipped in nickel nitrate aqueous solution, the nickel nitrate is let to be contained and dried, reburnt at 80-1100 deg.C for 0.5-5hr and catalizers are supplied to raw materials such as hudrocarbon, etc in the coexistence of steam of 10-300 parts.</p> |
