PURPOSE:To eliminate restrictions due to a building by generating switching pulses which are inproportion to irregular intervals of a group of antennas which are arranged at irregular intervals by the antenna group. CONSTITUTION:Antennas A1-An are arranged on a periphery at irregular intervals in consideration of a building. Respective antenna outputs a1-an are supplied to a switching means 2, which switches and connects the antenna outputs a1-an successively according to a switching signal 3a to output a received signal 2a to a phase shift detecting means 4. A time series means 3 generates a circulation period at which one round of the switching of the antenna group 1 is made on the basis of a reference direction O as a reference distribution time and a switching part for switching it and supplies them to the means 2 as a signal 3a while supplying the reference distribution time to an azimuth detecting means 6 as a reference direction signal 3b to generate a time series proportional to the arrangement angle of an antenna, thereby generating a switching pulse between those time points. An angle setting means 7 set measured arrangement angles theta1-thetan to change combinations of decoders in the means 3, thereby obtaining a time series having a desired value.
