PURPOSE:To quickly return a spring inside a single-operating type air cylinder by disposing a throttle inside an exhaust piping and placing a quick release valve which is operated on a differential pressure in the throttle at the air quick discharge outlet of the single-operating type air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A throttle 13 is disposed in an exhaust piping 16. A quick release valve 14 which is operated on differential pressure in said throttle 13 is disposed in the air quick exhaust outlet 25 of a single-operating type air cylinder 11. When air is discharged from the single-operating type air cylinder 11 into an exhaust piping 16 by switching a three-way controlling valve 12, the quick release valve 14 is opened by a differential pressure between the front and the rear part of the throttle 13. Air inside the single-operating cylinder 11 is then quickly discharged, thereby quickly returning a spring inside the single operating-type cylinder 11.
