<p>A hair conditioner with pearly brilliants based on a quaternary compound and a fatty alcohol is comprised of A) 0.2 to 10% by weight of coconut fatty acid monoethanolamide, B) 0.4 to 10% by weight of a straight chain fatty alcohol with m carbon atoms (m = 14 to 18), C) 0.1 to 4% by weight of a quaternary compound having the formula (I) wherein R1= Cn-alkyl(n=12-22), coconut amidoethyl, coconut amidopropyl, R'-Y (R' - Cn-alkyl, Y= -O-C(O)-CH2- or -C(O) - O - CH2CH2-), R2= CH3, CH2CH2OH or CH2CH3, R3= CH3, CH2CH2OH, benzyl or acetamidyle, X?-= Cl-, Br-, CH¿3SO4-, 1/2 SO¿4?2-, lactate- or acetate-, D) 70 to 99.3% by weight of water and E) 0 to 22% by weight of conventional cosmetic additives, m+n being >= 29, A/B being comprised between 0.1 and 3, C/A + B being comprised between 0.05 and 0.5 and the weight part of additives being lower than the sum of A + B + C.</p> |
