摘要 |
PURPOSE:To execute stably and efficiently mechanical alloying without contamination during treatment in the stage of producing powder for producing a dispersion strengthened type sintered alloy by a mechanical alloying method by controlling the side wall temp. of a treating vessel and the oxygen concn. in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Grinding balls are put together with metallic powder, non-metallic powder, base alloy powder, etc. which are raw materials into the water- cooled treating vessel of a high energy dry process attriter and are mixed and ground by an agitator. The cold joining of the powders to each other and the grinding are repeatedly executed and the respective metallic powders are combined by which the particles of the oxide, etc. are uniformly dispersed. The oxygen concn. in the treating vessel is maintained at >=5vol% and the side wall temp. of the treating vessel is maintained at <=80 deg.C during the mechanical alloying process. The alloy powder of the element to form the oxide to be dispersed and the metallic element to constitute the main component are preliminarily added to the above-mentioned raw materials in addition to the oxide to be dispersed and the metallic powder and base alloy powder.
