<p>PURPOSE:To attain to prevent the starting impossibility or accident of drive machinery, by detecting the number of rotations of drive machinery and that of a driven generator while detecting the abnormality of the rotation detection means of the drive machinery from these two detected data. CONSTITUTION:The operation of an engine 1 is started and automatic inspection operation is started by the output of an operation state detection apparatus 23. An operation control apparatus 26 reads the number N of rotations of the engine 1 and the number NG of rotations of a generator 3 from a number-of-rotation detection apparatus 21 and a generator number-of-rotation detection apparatus 22 through an input apparatus 24. Next, two numbers N1, N2 of rotations of generator 3 obtained by adding a definite value to the number NG of rotations of the generator 3 and subtracting the same therefrom are set in the operation control apparatus 26 to perform the comparison of the number N of rotations of the engine 1 with the numbers N1, N2 of rotations of the generator 3. Herein, if the number N of rotations is present between the numbers N1, N2 of rotations of the generator, normality is judged and, if absent, abnormality such as deterioration in the capacity of the number-of-rotation detection apparatus is judged to be outputted to a display apparatus 28.</p> |
