<p>An electric coffee heater has a material-crushing chamber (24), which is provided with a cutter (23) rotated by a driving motor (22) set in a heater body (37), a filtration chamber (25) provided in parallel with the material-crushing chamber (24) so as to be communicated therewith, a water storage tank (42), a means (39) for heating the water introduced from the tank (42) into the chamber (24), and a means (64) for shifting the hot water made by the heating means (39) so as to be circulated into the tank (42) or fed into the filtration chamber (25). The water in the tank (42) is circulated therefrom to be passed through the heating means (39) and shifting means (64) and returned to the tank (42). When the temperature of the hot water in the tank (42) has reached a boiling point during the circulation mentioned above of the water, the circulation of the hot water to the tank (42) is shifted to the feeding thereof to the filtration chamber (25) by a heat-responding member (57) which is adapted to sense the boiling point of the hot water and be immediately actuated.</p> |
