<p>A grinding and sharpening device for knives and similar objects, equipped with two support legs (2) which at their top ends are linked to one another by an articulation (3) and whose lower ends are attached by means of a clamping device (8) to a table-top. The supporting legs (2) each carry on their external side a tensioned common abrasive strip (5) on a soft covering material (4). The knife to be sharpened (13) is moved alternately along each of the two support legs with circular movements and is thus ground and sharpened.</p> |
