PURPOSE:To prevent injuries with such component parts as a rack, a pinion, a motor, etc. by providing a fixing member to fix a base and also to prescribe the movement of a rod member in order to inhibit the ON/OFF of a switch and therefore securing such a mechanism where no current flows to a power supply circuit part unless the fixing member is removed. CONSTITUTION:A power supply plug 12 is connected to an AC power supply plug socket while a base 6 is fixed to an angle member 20 via a fixing member 15. Then a side face part 14a of a rod member 14 has a contact with the member 15 when the member 14 is going to move toward C. Thus the movement of the member 14 is prevented and therefore the actuation of a switch 13 is controlled. Thus no current flows to a power supply circuit part 11 and therefore motors 2 and 10 and a signal detecting part 5 have no actuation. Then the member 15 is moved toward E is order to release the fixture of the base 6 to the member 20. Then the member 15 is set at a position as shown by a broken line. Thus the inhibition of the shift of the member 14 toward C done by the member 15 is released. Then the member 15 is moved toward C. As a result, a switch 13 is closed to flow a current of the part 11. Thus both motors 2 and 10 and the part 5 are actuated. |
