Method and device for dismantling fitted ceramic circuit boards

Ceramic circuit boards having conductor tracks and electrical components on one side are dismantled in pieces by being bonded by means of the side which is not fitted to an adhesive film and being placed with the fitted side on attachments of an elastic plastic panel and by a blade-like tool then being placed on the smooth side of the adhesive film, a pressure being exerted on said tool eccentrically. A device for carrying out this method consists of a holder (8) for the plastic panel (5) and a clamping frame (9, 10) for the adhesive film (3), as well as a metallic blade (7) having a feed device. The holder is arranged such that it can rotate, and can be fixed in different angular positions by means of a latching device (11). Furthermore, the holder is laterally displaceable in a linear manner, at least one latching device (12) likewise being provided for the lateral movement. <IMAGE>
