PURPOSE:To simplify the data transmission processing and to transmit a voice data with priority by separating a voice packet data transmission device and a frame data transmission device to divide an information frame data. CONSTITUTION:A data is subject to DMA transfer from a storage device of a high-order device to a transmission character shift register 102 based on the content of a DMA address register 107 and a transfer btyte number register 108 set from the high-order device in the transmission of the frame data, and the data is transmitted serially to the register 102. When transmission of a voice packet is required during data transmission, the data DMA transfer is stopped and the register 102 transmits an output of an FCS operation circuit 103 in succession to the data. The register 102 transmits the voice packet data transferred from the high-order device based on the content of registers 110, 111 and after the voice packet transmission, the succeeded data is transmitted.
