PURPOSE:To improve the condensing capacity of cooling system by a method wherein oil in discharging gas is separated and retrieved by utilizing a centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:The discharging gas, mixed with oil, is introduced to a hole 16b at the center of a crankshaft 16 and is carried to an oil separating mechanism 19 communicated with the hole 16b. The oil separating mechanism 19 is constituted of an oil separator 17, attached to the end of the crankshaft 16, and an oil separator case 18. The separation of oil is effected by the centrifugal force of the oil separator 17 while the separated oil is reserved in the recess 18a of the oil separator case 18. According to this constitution, the discharging gas does not include oil substantially, therefore, the condensing capacity of the cooling system maybe improved. |
