PURPOSE:To attain a conventional telephone set and portable automatic dial device used independently by forming a keyboard of an automatic dialer, a storage device storing a telephone number, a keyphone signal generator and a speaker inputting an output of the keyphone signal generator incorporatedly and constituting the incorporated structure freely attachable and detachable to/from the telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A slave set 3 is mounted to a master set 4, and the power supply of the slave set 3 is energized from the power supply of the master set 4 in normal use such as an office or a home use. In this case, the titled set is equivalent to a conventional multi-function telephone set or an automatic dialer. A keyboard 3A is used as a keyboard for the master set 4 and used for a registration numeral keyboard at registration as a telephone set. In using the portable slave set 3, a speaker 6 is pressed to a mouth piece of a handset of the telephone set and a keyphone signal is transmitted from the keyboard 3A. A storage device 18 is backed up by a battery mounted to a battery holder 7 and the battery energizes the slave set 3.
