发明名称 ROTOR FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve fretting fatigue strength without spoiling low-frequency fatigue strength, by a method wherein curved surfaces on relaxation of stress provided for the both ends of a contact surface between a dovetail and a yoke are rapidly bent toward the contact surface along with approaching the contact surface. CONSTITUTION:A field magnet core 1a is fitted on a yoke 3 or a shaft via a dovetail 2 provided for a keep steel plate 1. For the both ends of a contact surface between the dovetail 2 and the yoke 3, curved surfaces 7 on relaxation of stress are provided to be concaved under the contact surface. Curved surfaces 4a on relaxation of stress are arranged to be bent toward the contact surface rapidly along with approaching the contact surface between the yoke 3 and the field magnet core 1a. In this manner, a rotor for a rotary electric machine enabling fretting fatigue strength to be improved without spoiling low-frequency fatigue strength can be obtained.
