PURPOSE:To prevent chips and the like produced during work cutting from sticking to a tool shank, by installing a dustproof cover which covers each shank of the tool housed in a tool magazine against that which is external. CONSTITUTION:A chain 69 is installed in a tool magazine 65 free of movement and drive motion at will. And, plural tools 43 and 49 are supportively attached to this chain 69 so as to make a head hole of a tool holder 2 and each tool matchable selectively at a sprocket 66 of the chain. In addition, the tool magazine 65, with the tool holder, 2 is installed in the axial concentrically free of movement in the axial direction of a spindle and in a direction right-angled with that. And, the tool magazine 65 is siftably installed in the tool holder 2, and a dustproof cover 65b, capable of covering a shank 37 of each of these tools 43 and 49 inside the tool magazine 65 against the external, is installed. In addition, a crankpin rod capable of holding these tools 43 and 49 on the chain 69 is installed in the tool holder 2.
