PURPOSE:To reduce cost and weight by constituting flange members of conductive plastics. CONSTITUTION:Flange members 25, 25 are constituted of conductive plastics. More specifically, said members are manufactured by a method for incorporating conductive fillers into a plastic molding. The conductive state between a photosensitive drum 3 and a drum shaft 27 is also assured in addition to mechanical strength. Carbon fibers, metallic powder, fiber metallized glass, etc. are used as the conductive fillers. Not only the weight is reduced but also the assurance of the conductivity of the flange members 25, 25 and the formation of said members are executed simultaneously. Since there is no need for fabrication such as surface treatment after the molding, the cost is reduced. |
