PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of analysis in a reagent for immunological analysis using ribosome by immobilizing an antigen or antibody by a crosslinking method onto the ribosome in which a labeling material is sealed. CONSTITUTION:Desired phospholipid and glycolipid as well as a crosslinking agent are brought into reaction to incorporate the functional group into the lipid molecules. The necessary other phospholipid and glycolipid are added to the resultant functional lipid so as to attain 0.01-30mol% the constituting ratio of said lipid to prepare the ribosome. The hydrophilic labeling material is sealed into the ribosome. On the other hand, the antigen or antibody to be immobilized to the ribosome and the crosslinking agent are brought into reaction to introduce the crosslinking group therein, thereby preparing the modified antigen or antibody. The ribosome and the modified antigen or antibody are brought into reaction in a buffer soln., by which the intended reagent for immunological analysis having 0.01-20mg/ml sensitization density of the hydrophilic antigen or antibody sensitized by 0.5mM ribosome in terms of lipid is obtd. |
