PURPOSE:To enable a fractional measurement with high accuracy by providing the standard torque wrench equipped with a detecting means, a mechanical load applying means and the computer controlling the detecting means and mechanical load applying means. CONSTITUTION:The stopper member 15 consisting of the standard torque wrench 2 providing the engaged part 14 with the torque wrench 13 to be measured and a strain gage 12, a stepping motor 4 and jack 5 etc. and controlling the load applying means 3 fitting to the torque wrench 2 and the rotation of a torque wrench 13 is provided. The control means of a torque generating part, torque detecting part and computer, etc. is provided as well. The motor 4 is then stopped when the gage 12 coincides with the memory value after reaching the voltage of the use range with applying a torque by driving the motor 4 by the computer and the confirmation is made by looking at the sound, graduations, etc. of the torque wrench 13 and whether the tightening torque value is correct or not is measured. |
