Dynamic pendula stool

The present invention relates to a dynamic pendula stool comprising a foot (1), a leg (2) secured to said foot (1) and a seat (3) secured to the top end of said leg (2); said stool is notable in that the leg (2) consists of a telescopic column having a lower part (2a) secured to a spherical foot (1) of a diameter of 20 cm or less, and an upper part (2b) the free end of which is provided with an articulation (9) that has 3° of freedom and is secured to the underside of the seat (3) so that when a user rests against the seat (3), the leg (2) makes an angle of between 30 and 90° with respect to the horizontal thus allowing an isometric contraction of the muscle groups of the lower limbs and of the abdominal girdle in the seated position.
