摘要	PURPOSE:To decrease the ununiformity of current balance due to variance in the switching time at interruption by connecting a reactor in series with semiconductor switch elements connected in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Gate turn-off thyristors 110, 120 and 111, 121 are connected in series in opposite polarity so that the cathodes are connected in common. Diodes 410, 420 and 411, 412 are connected in series in opposite polarity so that the anodes are connected in common, and the series circuits are connected in parallel with the series circuits of the gate turn-off thyristors in parallel. Reactors 51, 52 are connected between the common connection midpoint between the gate turn-off thyristors 110, 120 and 111, 121 and the common connection midpoint between the diodes 410, 420 and 411, 421, and flywheel diodes 21, 22 are connected between the common connection midpoint between the gate turn-off thyristors 110, 120 and 111, 121 and other terminal of the series circuits.
