<p>PURPOSE:To enable to recover a trimming loss having no colored part, by so constituting the title manufacture that a molding part is colored somewhat excessively and an excessive colored part on the circumference of a product part is removed at the time of trimming of a product. CONSTITUTION:A composite layer sheet S is formed by laminating a nonfoamable film 1 made of thermoplastic resin colored in consideration of somewhat excessive part (b) to a molding part (a) to a natural foamed sheet 2 based on a thermoplastic resin laminate. After the composite layer sheet S has been heated and plasticized by feeding the same to a heating furnace, the colored molding part (a) is molded in a predetermined shape by in-place molding. A colored sheet molded article is obtained by trimming a product part X of a molded sheet S' and sumltaneously with the trimming the colored excessive part (b) of the circumference of the product part X is trimmed also, through which a colored part Y is removed from the remaining trimming loss.</p> |
