发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATION TEST OF ELECTROPLATING SOLUTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform an evaluation test even with respect to a plating solution of which the composition changes by air stirring, by using a plating tank having a truncated cone shape and rotating a test piece at constant angular velocity. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 is laminated to the entire inner peripheral wall of a plating tank 1 having a truncated cone shape to form an anode and a plating solution, of which the composition changes by air stirring, for example, a plating solution of an alloy such as Fe-Zn, Fe-Ni or Fe-P is injected in said plating tank 1. The lower end part of a columnar shape test piece 3 is immersed in this plating solution and plating is performed while said test pieces 3 is rotated at definite angular velocity. An Fe-Zn alloy is precipitated on the test piece after the completion of plating and the characteristics of the plating solution is evaluated from plating appearance such as throwing power or gloss. By this method, current density can be continuously determined on the test piece and a diffusion layer can be reduced without performing air stirring.
