PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in strength and dimensional accuracy by preventing generation of a porosity and sink on the inside and surface of a molded article, by cooling and curing a molten resin material under a pressed state. CONSTITUTION:A resin material 2 is kneaded, heated and molten uniformly within a plasticizer 11 and kept filling in order to a hollow part 120 of a joint part and a mold cavity part 130. Air is discharged outside of a system through a fine gap between a compressed material 15 and a mold 13. After completion of loading and filling into the cavity part 130, the mold 13 is separated from the joint part 12. A lid 14 is driven at the same time and a resin loading port 132 of the mold 13 is clogged. Then the molten resin material 2 is pressed by the compressed material 15 from the front. The molten resin material 2 is cooled to the temperature of less than the fusion point by a cooling device 131 and cured while the same is being pressed. Then a desired molded article of a bar member is unloaded outside of the system through the mold 13 by a method wherein the lid 14 is released and solidified resin in the inside of the cavity part is compressed by moving forward the compressed material 15 further. |
