PURPOSE:To improve a cooling effect by disposing a fluid circulation portion on a bearing box for retaining a bearing, and connecting a very low-temperature air generator to the fluid circulation portion. CONSTITUTION:A cooling path 8 having an inlet 6 and an outlet 7 is disposed at a suitable position on the outside of a bearing 2 in a bearing box 3, and a very low-temperature air generator 9 is fixed to the inlet 6 of the cooling path 8. When very low-temperature air is circulated from the very low- temperature air generator 9 to the cooling path 8 disposed in the bearing box 3 by feeding compressed air 22, the bearing box 3 is cooled by cooling air. Thus, the bearing can be kept from generating heat to prevent the occurrence of poor lubircation.
