PURPOSE:To obtain molded goods of a uniform density by heating a slurry oxide magnetic material having a specific grain diameter and density to a specific temperature to reduce the viscosity thereof, and arranging drain holes at the specific positions of a drain slope, thereby enabling uniform drainage. CONSTITUTION:The mean grain size of a slurry oxide magnetic material filled in the molding space is 0.5-1.2mum, the density is 55-80wt%, and the temperature is kept at 40-90 deg.C. In the case of flat molded goods, drainage is performed through the drain holes which are similar to the cross section of the molding space in a die and are concentrically arranged inside or outside the molding space. In the case of molded goods having an arched section, drainage is performed through the drain holes which are linearly arranged inside or outside the molding space and in parallel with the axial direction of the molded goods. By this, the molded goods can be drained uniformly, and the difference in density can be eliminated, so that the occurrence of cracks can be prevented at the time of molding, and the occurrence of warp at the time of sintering after molding can also be prevented. |
