PURPOSE:To prevent the respective rotary axes of a valve and a drive source from center shear by supporting one end of the valve with a holder inserted in a hole of a valve housing while inserting the drive source in a locating portion provided in an end of the holder. CONSTITUTION:A valve 10 is disposed rotatably between an exhaust port 3 and a sub-chamber by inserting a shaft 10b at one end of a valve body 10a into a hole 2a in a cylinder block 2 while supporting a shaft 10c at the other end on a holder 20 inserted into the same hole 2b. Then, the holder 20 is integrally formed of a bearing 21 supporting the shaft 10c, a fitting portion 22 located right of the bearing 21 and having diameter larger than the bearing 21 and a locating portion 23 located right of the fitting portion 22 and having diameter larger than the fitting portion 22. And the shaft 10c of the valve 10 is inserted into the bearing 21 while a base 37 of a rotary solenoid 30 is fitted in the locating portion 23 to make the rotary axes of both valve 10 and solenoid 30 to coincide with each other. |
