PURPOSE:To simplify die stripping from a cage by forming a pocket for accomodating a roller in such a manner as to surround a column for connecting a large-diameter circular ring and a small-diameter circular ring of a barrel shaped roller, and forming a separating line for rapping on the side surface of the column parallel to the center line. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin cage 30 for guiding a lot of barrel shaped rollers 40 is disposed between an outer race 10 and an inner race 20. The cage comprises a large-diameter circular ring 302, a small-diameter circular ring 303 and a lot of columns 304. A pocket 305 for accomodating the barrel shaped rollers 40 is formed by the lower surface 302 of the large-diameter circular ring 302, the upper surface 3031 of the small-diameter circular ring 303 and the side surfaces of the columns. A separating line 301 for outer mold and inner mold of injection molding is formed substantially parallel to the bearing center line O-O' on the side surface 3041 of the column 304. Thus, a die can be easily stripped from the injection molded cage. |
