PURPOSE:To prevent the peeling of a terminal by forming a glass film to sections except one part on a ceramic substrate, shaping a magnetic sensor section on the glass film and forming a terminal section on the ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 31-33 are arranged to one part 4 of an alumina substrate. Pasty glass is printed on a section 5 and baked, and a magnetic sensor section 2 is shaped onto the pasty glass. The irregularities of the alumina substrate 4 are approximately several mum high, and are made larger than the glass thin-film section 5, thus the peeling of terminal sections hardly occurs. |
