PURPOSE:To make possible the compensation of a rate with high accuracy in a wide temp. range by adjusting the offset of the temp. information value approximated by the linear expression and calculating rate correcting data by using the n-power data of the adjusted output. CONSTITUTION:The temp. information value approximated by the linear expression from a temp. information generating circuit 7 is subjected to the correction of the variance of offset in an offset adjusting circuit 8, then to the correction of the variance of the vertex temp. of a crystal oscillator 1. The offset temp. information value is squared by a square circuit 9 and is supplied to an interruption pulse generating circuit 10, by which an interruption circuit 2 is controlled and the variance in the inclination of the temp. information value is absorbed by the calculation; at the same time, the inclination and variable of the temp. information and the variance of the secondary temp. coefft. of the oscillator 1 are absorbed; further the inclination of the temp. information value and the secondary or other temp. coefft. of the crystal oscillator are made compatible after the temp. information value is squared. The error contained in the rate correcting data is thus decreased. As a result, the rate is compensated with high accuracy in a wide temp. range. |
