A method for ventilation of a room and recovery of heat via heat exchange between exit air flow from the room and exterior air flow coming in, whereby these flows are established in the form of alternating emitted exit and incoming air pulses via at least one 'to and from' airflow device in connection with a regenerating heat exchanger (7). The exit air flow pulses are established over a longer period than the incoming air flow pulses in at least some of said air devices, in which case this air device serves a section of the room which requires a deficit of air flow and vice versa for an instance where a section requires a surplus air flow. An installation, furthermore, which is arranged in this way and has at least one air flow device for the actuation of alternation of exit and incoming air flow. The aforementioned heat exchangers (7) are organised according to the connection between the room and the exterior. Each air flow device contains a continually operating flow production unit (10) which is independent of the alternations between incoming and outgoing air pulses, such as, in relation to rotational direction a single direction fan, or an ejector mouthpiece, whereby the adjustment unit is designed for repeated and rapid changes between said pulses, offering shorter pulse times, preferably shorter than 5% of the room's air exchange period, preferably 0.5 - 1% of the room's air exchange period, answering to a normal time of a maximum 60 seconds with a preferable time of 30 seconds.<IMAGE> |
