GROOVE CUTTER FOR ELEVATOR SHEAVE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reclaim abraded sheave grove safely by fixing a small lathe to the fixed section of hoist then rotating an elevator sheave to operate a cutter table. CONSTITUTION:Small lathe 20 comprised of a cutter table 24 is fixed to lathe base 10 secured to the hoist body 1 adjustably through a jack bolt 13. The cutter table 24 is moved back and front through longitudinal feed handle and longitudinal feed spindle. The cutter table 24 is fixed with a groove cutter (not shown) to rotate the sheave 4 through the motor (not shown) of hoist 1 thus to reclaim the abraded sheave groove 4a.
