A ski-binding intended for holding the toe part of a ski-shoe or ski-boot firmly to the ski, preferably in a readily detachable manner. The ski-binding components are mutually so arranged and so formed that upon co-action of the toe part of the ski-shoe and the holding device a loading line (8) established on the shoe is located in the same plane as a centre-line (6) established on the ski, this loading line being defined as a straight line along and around which the load exerted by a skier through the shoe is uniformly distributed, therewith to afford balance. |
