PURPOSE:To perform switching in short time thus to improve the production ability by providing plural systems of dirt liquid tank, clean liquid tank and machines in working liquid feeding system thereby facilitating selective feeding of working liquid having necessary specific resistance. CONSTITUTION:Working liquid feeding system is provided with A and B systems where each feeding system can set the specific resistance independently and the working liquid to be fed to the machining section can be selected through changeover of switch to function main feed pump 8a or 8b. Upon function of main feed pump 8a in A system, the delivery liquid will try to flow into B system as well as to the machining section but it is prevented by a check valve 14b. Consequently, the discharged liquid from the machining tank is led to the dirt tank 2a or 2b in A or B system through changeover of discharge liquid changeover valve 13. In such a manner, the changeover time of the specific resistance of working liquid with correspondence to machining conditions can be shortened resulting in improvement of productionability. |
