发明名称 RUNAWAY PREIGNITION DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect runaway preignition accurately, by setting a light emitting flame prior to ignition down to an ionic current at an ionic current detector, and using both the detection frequency counting devices and frequency calculating and judging devices. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting flame prior to ignition by an ionic current detector is detected as an ionic current with an ion gap (spark plug), while a signal each ignition is detected by an ignition detector. At an ionic current detection frequency counting device and an ignition frequency counting device constituted of centering on a microcomputer, the number of times an ionic current or a signal at every ignition is detected by these detectors is counted as ionic current frequency or ignition frequency. And, at a frequency calculating device, ionic current detection frequency is found, and at a judging device, that whether the said frequency exceeds the specified value or not is judged, and if it exceeds the specified value, runaway preignition is made detectable so accurately without entailing any damage to an engine.
