PURPOSE:To from bending integrally skins and the opposite ends of a member, by blow molding a thermoplastic resin as a base material with skins being positioned in place of the mold of a blow molding machine having a constricted section at an open end. CONSTITUTION:When door trims are molded, partial decorative members 11 are set in molds 6a, 6b, and clothes 3a that will become the skins of door trim main bodies are suspended from above to cover open sections of the molds 6a, 6b. Then, two parisons 9 in the form of sheets are extruded from an extruder 10 with a gas blowing member 7 between them until the lower ends of the parisons reach the lower ends of the molds 6a, 6b. The molds 6a, 6b are moved toward the gas blowing member 7 to clamp the parisons 9 between the gas blowing member 7 and the molds 6a, 6b. Then compressed air is blow out from blowing ports 7b of the gas blowing member 7 to expand the parisons 9. The parisons 9 are molded together with the clothes 3a to have shapes in conformity with the cavity surface shapes of the molds 6a, 6b. |
